Lessons at Mount St. Louis

Snowboarders you may be interested in our Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced lessons at Mount St. Louis every Saturday and Sunday (except Saturday, January 23, 2010).

 

Lessons at Blue Mountain

Broaden your horizons and try the adventure of boarding at Blue Mountain on any of the following dates:

  • February 14, 2010

  • March 20, 2010

 

Specialized Programs

Take one of our specialised programs offered at Mount St. Louis.  Pre-sign up is required for these specialised programs as space is limited.  Contact Keith for sign up, phone (416) 438-0962.

 

  • All Terrain Boarding – January 9 and 16, 2010

This 2 day program offers the experience of 4 aspects of boarding; flat land trick riding, terrain park, moguls and racing.  This is a true all terrain riding adventure where groomed trails are avoided and action never stops. Helmet and wrist guards are mandatory.

 

  • Racing Training – January 23 and February 6, 2010

This 2 day program offers an opportunity to try race gates in a safe environment if you are new to racing or master the elements required to win on the race course for the experienced rider.  You will get to run the gates many times during each session with personal feedback, technical guidance and race tactics covered.  Helmet is mandatory.

 

  • Pipe Dragons – February 13 and 20, 2010

This 2 day program offers a gradual progression allowing new pip riders to master novice turns in the pipe.  Intermediate and advanced riders will be introduced to grabs and spins.  Helmet and wrist guards are mandatory.

 

Instructors Training

Know as “IT”.  This 4 day program will take you through the steps so you will be ready to complete the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) examination course as a Level I Snowboard Instructor.  Or, if you want to learn more of the introductory technical aspects and skills for teaching snowboarding then this is for you!
