Charter Trip Status

Look to this page throughout the season for information about openings on specific trips.

As of April 16/2012

All trips are now over. We had some great charter trips in 2012 and hope you enjoyed one or more of them. Please look to this space on Labour Day in September for the full list of 2013 trips. Thanks for your support over this past season.

Note -
We do not cancel our trips! While some charters may not sell out by the deadline, all trips are running no matter how many members sign-up.  And hey, a smaller group gives everyone the chance to get to know the others on the trip, and that doesn’t always happen with a lot more people!

Press on the menu to the left for full trip details.

A note about Booking Deadlines:

The deadlines are established by the Tour Operators and their suppliers (hotels, airlines). Once the deadline has been reached, the hotel space and seats will be released back to the supplier and there is no guarantee that they will not be sold to other parties. To avoid disappointment, please plan to book as soon as possible, and certainly before the booking deadline.

Credit Card Payments

Visa and MasterCard are accepted for credit card payments.

Land-Only Transfer Bus

If you want to make your own airline arrangements and purchase the trip with the “land-only” option, you may travel with the group on the transfer bus to/from the airport and the resort. The "land-only" option doesn’t include any transfers other than with the group.

On the outbound direction, if your flight time allows you to be at the airport in time to catch the transfer bus, you are entitled to hop aboard the bus. But you must be on time because the bus schedule has been set for the group and cannot be adjusted to accommodate you. On the inbound direction, you are entitled to take the group transfer bus back to the airport. Just let the trip leader know of your separate flight times so they can expect you.

SINGLES

You don’t need a partner to go on any of our 20 charter and overnight bus trips. You can sign up as a single on any of them. Our trip leaders will match you up with a same gender roommate so you won’t have to pay a single supplement. You’ll get to ski with other members and meet people at your same ski level. Having fun and meeting new people is what a long trip is all about. Come along and enjoy yourself.

US Airline Regulations

HPSC has been notified of US regulations for all passengers booked on flights between the United States and Canada. The tour operator will be required to notify the airlines of the following: the full name of each passenger as it appears on the passport, gender, and date of birth, in order to issue the airline ticket. Thus you will have to provide the trip leader with the information when you sign up for your trip.
