Mont Ste Anne has a summit elevation of 800 metres (2625 ft) above sea level and a vertical drop of 625 m (2050 ft). There are 66 trails covering 69 km (42 mi.) on three different sides of the mountain - north, south and west.

Hold your breath when skiing at Le Massif! With over 700 yard drops and hills overlooking the St. Lawrence River, Le Massif is the most spectacular ski resort east of the Rockies. It has the highest vertical in Eastern Canada. Apart from a big vertical drop and lots of snow, Le Massif de Charlevoix’s main claim to fame is that the area is accessible both from the top and from the base. La Charlevoix, the steepest trail, is home to the only alpine training center east of the Rockies for Canada’s athletes. This trail, with a steepest pitch of 64%, is considered by many to be one of the top three most difficult women’s downhill trails in the world.

X-Country skiers will ski the extensive cross country trails of Le Massif and Mont Ste Anne. All locations have chalet facilities with hot food available. Snow-shoeing is also available.

There is a Social option for this trip where you can book on the trip without buying lift tickets ahead of time. Or without buying lift tickets at all.

- New Year’s Eve Dinner at the Que Sera Sera restaurant in our own private room of the Marriott Courtyard Hotel where we are staying.

- A special New Year’s Eve event, Roch Voisine in Cabaret Le Capitole, see below.

- Outdoor party in the streets of Quebec City on Grande Allée (walking distance from our hotel).
